Some of you would have received correspondence emanating from the Registrar-General's Department with respect to the payment of additional registration duty following an evaluation exercise conducted by their office.
In view of this, the CS is coordinating a common course of action with the notary, Ms Soogumbur to write a collective letter objecting to the findings of the evaluation. We have been requested by Ms Soogumbur to provide her a list of all co-owners, their reference numbers and the amount they have to pay by 9am tomorrow Thursday 29 Sep 2011.
In this respect, we would be grateful to have a photocopy of the letter/s from the Registrar-General's Department by 8pm today Wednesday 28 Sep 2011. You may deposit the photocopies at Ms Patel's apartment on 1st Floor, Residence D'Epinay.
Alternatively, if you are not able to deposit the letter in time:
